Ron has over 27 years experience in the beauty industry.

He is an independent contractor at Adam Kent Salon in Oak Lawn.  His dream is to create a better working world for salon professionals through better education, networking and creating a supportive community of like minded people.

President - Rene Teague-Osuna

Owner of Rene’s Lagniappe Hair Design in McKinney, Rene has been in the beauty industry for over twenty-five years.  She is a Master Stylist, Redken Master Specialist and Pureology Artistic Educator.  Rene is well versed in the latest hair trends and technologies, such as “Great Lengths” hair extensions, and Bio Ionic hair-straightening, as well as wig and hairpiece styling and hair replacement. Eyelash enhancements such as extensions, lash tabs, tinting, and perms for the lashes are also part of her skills.  In addition, Rene is certified in skincare procedures that include microderm, oxygen therapy and endermology.

Membership Chairperson - Shanna Settles-Power

Shanna has been in beauty industry for eight years. She is an independent contractor at JAZZ 3 Salons in McKinney. She prides herself on giving each of her guests her undivided attention when in her chair, believing that this truly is a service industry. Shanna sees continuing education as the foundation for success. In addition to attending classes she will also be instructing the continuing education classes for sanitation in 2008.
